Hello friends and family! I decided it might be nice to start a blog so you can keep up to date with my travels and elusive-ness... I'm sitting in my hotel right now, the 3rd day of our 3 week tour through the mid-west! The first show was at Taylor University in Fort Wayne IN, the town where my mom grew up. I met one of her best friends at the show, it was really nice meeting her! It was also nice seeing Palmer Muntz who brought us to the school, an old friend from back home. Last night we played in Milwaukee at a pretty small school.. The helpers were awesome and were there for anything we needed!
The other night I rolled over to Craig half-asleep and said something like, "hey craig.. Do you feel that? The room is moving." He replied something like, "I think it could be an earthquake?" And we rolled over and went back to sleep. If you know me well, I am very well known for my interesting comments while sleeping. So I vaguely remembered feeling the room shaking thinking it was a dream.. Craig has been sick for a few days, so he was out of it and wasn't quite sure if he felt it or was dreaming it. That morning we saw it on the news, and I congratulated Craig in surviving his first earth quake experience.
Today, we'll only get about.. one game of Mario Cart in as we travel to the next city, She...bo..yge..n.. I have no idea, somewhere Wisconsin and Lakeland College. I hear our stage will be pretty tight, so we'll see if we can all fit! Rock & Roll.
